Role Overview
The Pilates Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality Pilates sessions to studio clients, both in group and private settings; she will demonstrate strong teaching skills, excellent corrective technique, safety, and achieving measurable results. The instructor represents the studio’s brand and values and contributes to creating a supportive, motivating, and professional wellness environment.
Required Qualifications
✅ Certified Pilates Instructor
(Certifications such as BASI, Balanced Body, STOTT, ITTAP, Polestar, or equivalent)
✅ Proven experience teaching Pilates in a studio environment
(Preferred: 1–3 years)
✅ Certification or experience in pre- and post-natal Pilates and injury-focused training is a strong advantage
✅ Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain and apply corrective techniques
✅ High level of professionalism, reliability, and punctuality
