About the Studio
True Form has 5 Align Pilates reformers, allowing us to keep classes intentionally small, focused, and high-quality. We also include accessories such as Align Pilates rings, pole, weights and the Pilates ball.
Style of Classes Given
We offer Reformer Pilates group classes and private sessions designed for Beginner and Intermediate levels. Our classes are form-focused and mindful, with an emphasis on strength, flexibility and posture while ensuring clients feel supported and guided throughout.
