About the Role

We are seeking a passionate, certified Reformer Pilates instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will deliver high-quality Pilates classes, support our community-centred mission, and contribute to a positive and professional studio atmosphere. We are looking to hire someone for a Full-time or Part-time position.

Requirements

Certified Pilates Instructor (Reformer)

Experience teaching mixed-level classes

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to motivate and inspire clients

Commitment to continued professional development

Full-time or Part-time position

Responsibilities

Teach group and private Pilates sessions with a high level of professionalism and care.

Provide safe, effective instruction with attention to proper form and individual needs.

Build strong relationships with clients and contribute to a welcoming studio environment.

Uphold True Form’s values of community, growth, and inclusivity.

Represent the studio in a positive and professional manner at all times.

Adhere to all assigned work schedules and class timings.
